Work to be performed by: Your Way Lawn And Tree Care

We hereby propose to furnish all the materials and perform all labor necessary for the grounds maintenance for the above referenced project. This work shall include all services required to maintain in a superior condition those areas described within and as otherwise spelled out herein. All work will be performed in a professional manner.

A. Grass Areas 1- To be cut at a height of three (3) inches. 2- To be mowed on a weekly basis during the growing season to provide a neat, level appearance at all times. 3- To be trimmed around all permanent objects, curbs, walks, plant beds, fire plugs, posts, etc. as needed throughout the year 4- Will have leaves removed every two weeks in the fall and as needed during the remainder of the year.

B- Parking Areas/ Sidewalks 1- To be cleaned after each mowing on the same day. 2- Will have leaves removed every two weeks in the fall and as needed during the remainder of the year. 3- To be edged each time the grass is mowed. 4- To be kept weed free.

C. Natural Areas 1- To be mulched twice a year with pine straw (excludes heavily wooded areas) and also bark mulch where required. 2- To have a weed free appearance, however attained, via spraying or pulling

D. Plant Beds 1- 1. To be mulched twice a year with pine straw, and also bark mulch where required. 2- To have a weed free appearance, however attained, via spraying or pulling. 3- Fertilized annually in the spring with a slow release fertilizer.

E. Shrubs 1- All plantings will be pruned at the appropriate time of year according to species. 2- To be fertilized as needed to assure proper growth 3- To be monitored for disease and insects.

F. General 1- Large bare areas in lawn will be prepared, seeded, and mulched with wheat straw in the fall. 2- Weeds next to building, in asphalt, and on concrete pavement or sidewalks will be spayed in order to assure a neat appearance at all times. 3- All landscaped areas to have immediate cleanup after work is completed in order to insure a neat appearance at all times.

G. Exclusions 1- Annuals installation is not included in this contract. 2- Major damage due to high winds, ice, snow or other unpredictable acts of nature are not included. Major damage clean up will be charged on an hourly basis. 3- Snow and ice removal are not included.
